{A Stirring}

Theres a stirring in my spirit...
A breaking of something ready to come forth...
The presence of God is present all around me...at this moment
Fresh. Revitatilizng. Heavy. Breathtaking.
In awe of who He is...is where i am right now.
I dont have to say much...
But a shout of praise cannot be held back...
For the God i serve is awesome and worthy of all that is inside of me.
I am awaiting the Prophectic words to come to pass...and I will not give him rest...

"now unto the lamb who sits on the thrown
all of creation resounds with the song
worship and praise..." ~ brooke fraser

One of my greatest passions is to write the most beautiful love songs to God.

Songs that move his heart and capture the essence of who he is.

I often sit and think about different artists and their style of writing and
what moves them to write a particular song.

I am impressed with the words that they choose...

And what makes them write what they write...i cant quite explain it...but
a beautiful song is not just about the lyrics...at least not to me.

Although i am a lover of words
and am amazed at how psalmists can write breathtaking, convicting, mind evolving lyrics, theres still more to it....so much more!

Its about the heart that goes into writing the song.

Anyone can put a bunch of meaningless words on paper to create a song
that can captivate the minds of many, (look at the industry today (secular))

but...

The song that has the stains of tears and blood from the aches of a bleeding heart
for the one who can dry all eyes and heal all wounds is
the song that inspires the very soul inside of us to go against the grain and live a life
full of greatness that is found in the very arms of our Lord.

Or,

The song that just invites your spirit and draws you to a place of praise and worship.

Its the heart of words.

The heart is what goes into those words.

It makes up the very lyrics that can heal, renew, worship and love.

Sometimes a song can even be just the song unsung.

The song without the lyrics.

The sounds of moaning and cries that are lifted up before God,
the heart of our tears...

Nonetheless, he hears our hearts, deep within the lyrics we write.

He hears it..

Even in the tears or the shattering sounds of a broken heart

He hears it..

He hears our hearts, embedded in the words written, which make the very songs
that i pray moves his heart

When God Speaks...

When God speaks, will you move? I hope so.
Because by not moving your not only be disobedient, but your not believing. why is it so hard to believe? Why is it so hard to trust? Has he disappointed before? No. Then what is the problem????
Stepping out on faith can be so scary because your chartering new grounds, but if you press and believe where he is taking you, then the fear will go away....no matter what your eyes see...

Do you know the voice of God? Can you distinguish it? I hope so.
Because by not knowing the voice of God, you will be lead astray into all different places where you do not belong. Is he even near and speaking to you ? Where do you belong? With him. So whats the problem?
Spending time with the greatest gift ever given...the holy spirit...and once you learn his voice, you will never be lead astray...but it requires a great level of obedience...so sit, wait and learn his voice...

When God shifts will you shift too? i hope so.
By not staying connected to the spirit and not shifting, you will be left behind...so why don't you shift? Why are you not connected? For so many different reasons. You get so caught up with the activities and things of this world. Do we not know that this world cant bring us into eternity and all that it holds wont lead us there? We have no clue yet, but God is what we want. So whats the problem?
Knowing and understanding that God is all that we will ever need in this lifetime and the next will keep our ear gripped to the very heartbeat of God. We will be able to hear the words...decipher them and get instruction out of it...because at that moment his heart is ours. it beats the same beat. at the same speed. we are one.

so what is the problem??

we aren't willing to change and become who God has called us to be...
