"now unto the lamb who sits on the thrown
all of creation resounds with the song
worship and praise..." ~ brooke fraser

One of my greatest passions is to write the most beautiful love songs to God.

Songs that move his heart and capture the essence of who he is.

I often sit and think about different artists and their style of writing and
what moves them to write a particular song.

I am impressed with the words that they choose...

And what makes them write what they write...i cant quite explain it...but
a beautiful song is not just about the lyrics...at least not to me.

Although i am a lover of words
and am amazed at how psalmists can write breathtaking, convicting, mind evolving lyrics, theres still more to it....so much more!

Its about the heart that goes into writing the song.

Anyone can put a bunch of meaningless words on paper to create a song
that can captivate the minds of many, (look at the industry today (secular))

but...

The song that has the stains of tears and blood from the aches of a bleeding heart
for the one who can dry all eyes and heal all wounds is
the song that inspires the very soul inside of us to go against the grain and live a life
full of greatness that is found in the very arms of our Lord.

Or,

The song that just invites your spirit and draws you to a place of praise and worship.

Its the heart of words.

The heart is what goes into those words.

It makes up the very lyrics that can heal, renew, worship and love.

Sometimes a song can even be just the song unsung.

The song without the lyrics.

The sounds of moaning and cries that are lifted up before God,
the heart of our tears...

Nonetheless, he hears our hearts, deep within the lyrics we write.

He hears it..

Even in the tears or the shattering sounds of a broken heart

He hears it..

He hears our hearts, embedded in the words written, which make the very songs
that i pray moves his heart
